The Buckeye Ready COF Scholarship program aims to help health professions students mitigate debt.
The State of Ohio established the Choose Ohio First Program to attract and retain STEM+M students in the State. We are pleased to be able to offer scholarships to graduate health professions students for the first time. Recipients of the award will need to remain in good standing in their programs in order to maintain eligibility.

This COF scholarship program is intended to help students facing significant debt in order to fund their graduate education. Please discuss how you faced the challenges associated with financing your undergraduate education, and your plans for graduate studies. (500 words or less)

Our COF program, entitled 'Buckeye Ready', will ask scholars to focus some of their studies on critical health concerns of Ohioans and to share their work with peers. Please discuss an urgent challenge in Ohio Health Outcomes and Disparities and why you'd be interested in investing time in studying such issues within your program. (500 words or less)
